While there are countless ways to start your first guess, your best bet is to type a five-letter word that contains the most common letters. This includes all the vowels (A, I, E, O, and U) and consonants such as S, T, R, H, or N. As long as you can include at least two vowels, you are off to a great start!
However, if you really want to up your guessing game, try using words like “AUDIO” and “ADIEU” so you can ascertain the vowels that appear in the secret word. In case you are more of a consonant person, give “RAISE” and “CRANE” a try, especially when the word is common enough to be the possible answer. Don’t forget that there is a possibility of a letter appearing more than once when you guess the next word!
